Wonderful staff

Gertrude was so lovely
Gertrude was so lovely, she helped me with everything I needed. I lost my phone and was in trouble but she has sorted all my problems including saving my data from my lost phone! Much appreciated!

Gertrude was wonderful today, she transfered all my data from the old device with grace and poised. as an elderly lady I always struggle to type-I spent more than an hour with her, but she didn't complain. She was respective all along

Within an hour and half Gertrude…
Within an hour and half Gertrude brilliantly sold us iPhone 16 with much saving than our old plan, plus she graceful transferred our data on both phones. Such a great lady
