I found Tasha to be very polite
I found Tasha to be very polite, open and honest and trustworthy.
She attended my request and did not try any kind of "Hard-Sell" for anything else but informed me of all options I could choose.
Tasha was also kind enough to supply me with 2 glasses of water to assist with my annoying dry cough.
I hope management appreciate Tasha's polite, honest and customer focused approach and reward her accordingly

Katie was really approachable friendly…
Katie was really approachable friendly and helped get me the best deal suited to my needs. She was quick and was open and honest about what would be best. I had my 3 year old daughter with me and she entertained her with pens and drawing. Wouldn't go anywhere else with service like hers thank you !

Service I received at king Street branch in South Shields
Sharna at King Street branch was so reassuring and helpful I was delighted with the service she offered.
She was professional at all times. Extremely knowledgeable and reassuring as I was concerned about my mobile contract and how it may be changing.
I arrived feeling quite anxious and left feeling a huge weight had been suddenly lifted.
