I dealt with Will today, very professional. In fact changed my mind on leaving Vodafone.

Will at Vodafone Northwich was a pleasure to deal with this morning. I’ve had some mixed experiences with mobile phone advisors at several networks before but I’ve to hand it to Will he explained everything when I came in for a new handset for my son and took time to review all the other phones and data plans on my account (5 phones in total) and got me more data or same data for lower prices on several of my plans. The team in Northwich store were all busy but I listened to all of them, all really approachable and tried their best to help everyone. I wasn’t looking forward to going in to be honest but wouldn’t hesitate to go back in a heartbeat if I need anything else. Easy 5 stars. Thanks.

Chelsea has provided fantastic customer service. She has been diligent and resilient to deal with several issues on the account and we walked away with 3 new products. Switched broadband saving £30 per month vs our existing, switched 2 mobile phone accounts from a competitor including phone upgrade all at super competitive pricing. Chelsea did all of this for us on a super busy weekend in the store and we recommend her highly. Thanks Chelsea.

I visited the Vodafone store in northwich today to upgrade my phone and was greeted by Will one of the store advisors and I just want to say that this guy did an absolutely fantastic job with all the problems he came up against he worked around them all and managed to sorted things out and I came away with my new phone and the same with my wife we will definitely be going back to see Will or Chelsea again 2 really nice people

Went to store and was greeted by Will the techincal advisor. Will was amazing he upgraded my old phone to a A36 Samsung then he went through all the apps and the phone
His customer service was exceptional nothing to much trouble. We will definitely return to see Will again in store thankyou Will very much Mrs Quigley

I called into the Vodafone shop in Northwich with a problem with my new Samsung phone and Chris and Will were very patient and helpful and solved it for me.

Will was pleasant to deal with and really worked hard to resolve our rather obscure issue. Definitely recommend Vodafone Winsford for customer service.

Will and Freya were absolutely amazing at helping me upgrade my sim so I can make calls when I go abroad. Their customer service skills were world class and they are both an absolute credit to Vodafone. If there is any recognition that they can receive please make sure they do.

I have not seen such awful customer service like this.
I have applied for moving house with one month interact service in both houses. They didn't mention that they wont supply a second router at first. After Openreach connected the internet, Vodafone said I should use the same router in both houses. After 3 hours of being on the phone, we agreed that they send a router within 72 hours and I should return it after 3 weeks.
Now 12 days have passed since our conversation and called 4 times to follow up for the router but no router, no internet. Every time I called they said we would send it in 2 days. They don't care about customers. I have to use holidays or be unpaid as my job is online.
Every time I asked them to send me an email about this conversation and agreement but they didn't care. No email at all.
Thanks for your reply. I have been dealing with your broadband support team since 19/02/2025 with no action from them that is why I am writing my feedback about Vodafone. I have been with vodafone since 2020 and this is the first time I have requested only moving house with 20 days internet in both houses. Disapointing experince. I can't wait to finish my contract with Vodafone.

We were served by Chelsea who was extremely knowledgeable helpful and most importantly patient.
She explained everything clearly and precisely.

Chris and trainee Freya were brilliant they explained everything and saved me money can’t say enough good stuff about them both.

Will was very patient but in the end retrieved my Vodafone app. Very happy with service.

Arrived this morning at the store in Northwich, Cheshire... in a bit of a panic, because I'd managed to lock my phone and couldn't access it. Spoke to Will & Chris and they were GREAT !! So friendly and reassuring. They sorted my phone in about 10 mins....then they managed to lower my mobile data bill, when they saw I was paying a bit much. I never even asked them about that. They were super guys.... knowledgeable, professional, pleasant and an asset to Vodafone. I'll definitely be going back there when I decide to upgrade my phone. Can't beat the 'personal touch'. Thank you so much !

Will and Charlie were so help myself and Mum went to the Northwich store for our new phones.

Went in to get a better deal on my phone contract and Will was extremely helpful and friendly, helping get me a better contract and even stayed behind after the store closed!

Above and beyond service
