Rico the Sales Advisor at Oxford Street shop…
Today I had the pleasure of changing my mobile data provider with Rico, a great sales advisor on the Oxford Street shop. He knew everything and was able to explain to me clearly what I was signing up for, he even advised me to go for options that were discounted versions of what I was looking for. I’m really pleased by his service and would recommend everyone to join Vodafone as they make it EASY!

Safae was absolutely outstanding with customer care!
Safae made my day and she should be promoted as a manager. She proved that honest and ethical people and companies such as Vodaphone still do exist (unlike EE who I gladly left because EE are very dishonest and unprofessional). Safae was outstanding as she was knowlegeable and professional at all time, but also very patient as she assisted me throughout - including providing me with reasonable adjustments due to my visual impairment. Thanks so much for this amazing service and best wishes for your career!

Bond Street Help With Mum

Good service and friendly staff
Good service and friendly staff. I was supported by Sharik today in getting sim only contracts. I found Sharik’s mannerism incredibly professional and super friendly. He had great advice according to me and my families data needs. The process did not take too long and I found he was really patient in setting me up and explaining all of the process. I also interacted with another lovely colleague Hiba who also had great knowledge and expertise. Thank you and I will be back again very soon.
