Fantastic Store Advisor -Rhi
I went into the store to enquire into a phone upgrade as my phone was broken.
All the staff were friendly and there was a relaxed and warm atmosphere.
Rhi was quick to invite me over to help and advised me with clearly much knowledge and care.
Rhi went above and beyond to give me the best deal and was even able to trade my old phone in to give some cash back (despite the many difficulties in doing this with the broken screen). Rhi was incredibly friendly and professional and worked above my expectations to ensure I left with the best deal. Not only did I leave with a fantastic phone deal, Rhi also switched me to a much better broadband deal.
Rhi was absolutely lovely and made my experience beneficial and enjoyable. Fantastic team member, deserves recognition. Thankyou

Visited Llandudno Vodaphone shop today…
Visited Llandudno Vodaphone shop today and had a lovely experience with Rhi the advisor. She was very patient professional and open and honest. She was extremely helpful and had just an abundance of knowledge and was able to answer all our questions. My mum is registered blind she’s quite deaf but was very patient with mum. Mum loved her and felt included in the experience. Rhi is definitely a member a staff to treat well and hold onto.
