We needed a basic phone for my father who's nearly 80 and a complete techo-phobe. Jake at the Llandudno shop was so helpful and knowledgeable and took his time explaining things to Dad. He even tried to help my daughter with her account upgrade. It was all very appreciated by him and the family

Superb customer service..
Popped by the store to enquire about a phone upgrade, Jake went above and beyond. Reviewed all existing airtime and broadband packages and managed to reduce the overall monthly payment, whilst getting me a new phone, more data and faster broadband. Bravo Jake, really excellent customer service.

Z Fold 8 order
I had been waiting for the Z Fold 8 to become available and after it was, I wanted to upgrade from my Z Fold 6 which was provided for me by Vodafone, Llandudno. They have been amazing over many decades and their service has been impeccable. My account is complex and Zac has set everything up, ready for the phone delivery just days away. My old phone has been credited to my account too so the deal is marvellous. Zac has agreed to swap S.I.M.s to keep my number and also transfer Apps and data for a small fee. I'm really looking forward to the new device and after completion, I will write about that experience too. Anyone who has the same requirements as mine ought to follow me to Vodafone and take advantage of this incredible service.

Excellent calmness and professionalism
I really have to praise Dan in Llandudno store today. I was waiting to speak to someone and he was dealing with a VERY difficult customer. Dan stayed extremely calm, very professional despite him having to repeat everything tens and tens of times due to an irate customer who was not prepared to listen and accept what he was being told. Renewing contract
Jason who served me was very helpful and his advice was excellent, he was very patient and polite so from going into the store to maybe changing my broadband supplier i renewed my contract and added 2 new mobile sims contract thanks for your help Jason.

He migrated us from 3 to Vodafone and ensured we not only got the best deal but went out of his way to ensure we left the store with exactly what we were after. Despite challenges with the system he was persistent and was determined to ensure we left the store with what we were after.
