Amazing customer service
We got seen to by Cammy and what can I say… he was such an amazing guy with so much knowledge. I’m glad my phone took a bit longer to get seen to as we were engaged with Cammys amazing customer service. Can’t wait for my phone to have a problem again ☺️

Helpful assistance with that extra mile.
Had a problem transferring data from one phone to new phone on Vodafone network. Eleanor sorted the problem and completed all the transfer for me.

New phone contract
The customer service employee Aadreea was very informative and very knowledgeable about the product. She was polite and curtious at all times and made me feel welcome. She explained what products were available and offered a range of phones.

Very friendly, took time to understand what we were after then found us the best deal. She actually went back to it and amended it when she realised she could save us a bit more money.
