Thursday late afternoon once again I needed urgent help from vodaphone the shop in Livingston centre and Cameron was absolutely outstanding the compassion and kindness and service that this guy has given me is so worth more than a review he’s knowledgeable patient and empathetic due to issues that I had with a Wi-Fi Dongle which is needed 24/7 for my autistic nephew he fixed everything and it wasn’t straight forward due to personal reasons but I left the shop in tears because I was so overwhelmed once again with the service that this guy provided he needs to be given a bonus everyone needs a Cameron in their shop 100% focused and resolved within 5 minutes outstanding I salute you Cameron well done for everything you have done for me my sister nephew your one amazing person 💙

I visited the Livingston Vodafone store today, I was helped by Cammy and Scott, they were both really knowledgeable and extremely helpful, I had a small issue which they sorted out without delay, They are both a credit to the Vodafone team, I left happy and fully understanding of my issue. In-store experience > online
Ultimately a series of unfortunate events on the backend of external issues I was still able to have a fantastic in-store experience that was a huge help by the end. Erin is lovely and very personable and was extremely helpful both times i went in, she solved some year long account issues i’ve been having and helped with deciding on a new phone showing her knowledge of 8+ devices and at a great price! I’m sure i’ll have the same experience again when i return for a broadband upgrade! - :D

During my visit to Livingston store
During my visit to Livingston store. Cammy & Scott went out their way to assist me with obtaining a new hand set.
Prior to this my battery had become faulty and dealing with this over the via the call centre was impossible. Cammy & Scott oversaw this transition and made sure it was smooth and stress free.
I’ll definitely go back to the Livingston store for my next upgrade.
