Excellent service at Kilburn Vodafone
Patrick at the Kilburn store was absolutely amazing today. I came in with my sister who has learning difficulties. We needed quite a bit done, but he was extremely patient and caring. He explained everything and made her feel special, while dealing with lots of her questions. He's a credit to Vodafone.

Way better experience then O2
I came into store to get a new phone as my phone was stolen and my previous experience with O2 was appalling. Even though I'd been with O2 for 12 years, the one interaction with Patrick showed I should have been with Vodafone from the begining.

A solution was found to all of my requests. Resolved my broadband emergency and left with a new phone, all whilst reducing my overall bills.

I came in to the store as I’d lost my…
I came in to the store as I’d lost my phone and was met by Patrick and Dina. Patrick was helpful in letting me know I could upgrade but as Dina approached the table she made some snide remarks had a mean attitude and was not helpful at all. Patrick handed me over to her to help another customer even though I’d arrived first. Clearly distressed from losing my phone, I would have appreciated speaking to someone with a little more patience, kindness and overall welcoming demeanour.
I was given a new plan but not showed how the new plan would work or that Vodafone could takes payments differently than what I’m used to or even read the new terms and conditions. Even when I signed the screen wasn’t shown to me or anything to keep me in the loop.
Thank you to the Vodafone team who helped me when I came in a couple days later but I will definitely not my experience with Dina was hardly pleasant.
