Unhelpful staff and poor customer service
The staff in the Vodafone shop on Castle Street, Hinckley, this afternoon were not helpful at all, and I left the shop with the distinct feeling that they just couldn't be bothered. I really regret buying a new phone with Vodafone and entering into a 3 year contract with them.
