Ricardo was incredibly helpful at the Hinckley shop, he talked me through the different upgrade, broadband and data plans and got me a great deal in the end.

Had a lot of unwanter ads and popups on my phone which was causing me a lot of headache, came into the shop and spoke with the manager Ricardo who fixed my phome and got rid of all the rubbish. He also found my photos that i had lost for a while very grateful for all of his help! Brilliant man

Great if you need a new phone.
Desperately needed a new phone, as my old one was seven years plus old and was not working properly.
Went into the shop and spoke to Ricardo who was very knowledgeable, and possibly was the manager there.
I am now using my new phone and I absolutely love it.
Definitely recommend using this shop.If you need a new phone, as they will definitely get you a good deal.
Great customer service didn't have to wait long to be sorted out.
