Help for oldies
Visited Harrogate shop today for help with our mobiles as we are pensioners and not very tech savvy The staff were very helpful but mainly Tom who went out of his way to assist us with everything .He is a credit to the company .

Our first point of contact was a staff member called Dawn . She listened to our enquiry and I immediately felt that here was someone who would help. I was not wrong she took us through our needs step by step and explained concisely and clearly the best Vodaphone plan for us.
We left the shop in the knowledge that we had received 100% customer care!

Daniel in the Harrogate store was…
Daniel in the Harrogate store was exceptional. His customer service was outstanding. He listened, gave options, was clear and fully responded to my questions. I went to the Newcastle store a few weeks ago and their customer service was poor. Thanks to Daniel I upgrade my Sim account and will be purchasing 2 new I phones before Christmas. Thank you ! 🤩

GRADE A+++ staff! I will go on and suggest Vodafone forever!! They did what EE would not. The person who helped me was so wonderful and full of knowledge. I really appreciated to them listening to me and explaining the process. They made my life a whole lot easier!! Give these people at the store in Harrogate bonuses especially the wonderful woman who helped me. She had short silver hair and wears glasses! Her customer service is what will keep your place successful!!!

We spent over 2 hours in your in…
We spent over 2 hours in your in Harrogate store with Issac and manger Dan, both extremely helpful sorted everything that we needed and more.
We felt that the most important thing missing which would come under health and safety, we sat in your children’s size hard wooden chairs for the whole length of time we were there and found them extremely uncomfortable as Issac and Dan spent their sitting on the same chairs, we feel that more suitable seating for customers would be recommended and also office chairs for your valued staff, who spending longer sitting on the children’s chairs. I hope that the next I have to visit your Harrogate store changes will have been made. Thank you.

Zero stars if I could do
If i could give zero stars i would do.
How do people make such a big mistake and not apologise for there mistakes.
I would not recommend this shop at all infact I would say stay well away so much so having to take it to ofcom to sort things out with a phone that is less than 5 months old

I was served by Tom today
I was served by Tom today, what a breath of fresh air. It was quick, easy and he definitely knew his stuff. I had lost my phone and he helped me get everything sorted and in the cheapest way, actually saving me quite a bit of money. I usually put off updating contract etc. because it takes so long but he was so friendly and good fun. Thanks Tom.
