Great Service from Mr Chand
Hi, I went to Vodafone in Hanley City(Stoke-on-Trent) to end my contract with vodafone due to the rising bills which I have tried to sort out with Customer Service(via phone) and they were of no help at all. I was with my wife and we were served by Mr Chand,
He did a great job by offering myself and the wife with great deals and his service and attitude change my view on staying with Vodafone. He also informed us of oir future bills and reassured us that if anything we need, we can pop into the Hanley Vodafone office and see him.
Thank you Mr Chand and you were great today, hats off to you Sir 🫡

Excellent customer service by Ryan
We were served today by Ryan in the Vodafone shop in Hanley.
He quickly diagnosed & rectified a faulty SIM card problem with my Wife’s iPhone.
Not only was this good customer service, Ryan explained what was wrong & what he was doing to resolve the problem. This explanation was much appreciated. Thank you

New Phone
Went in the store to buy an easy to use Smart Phone. The staff were very friendly and told us about all the options. We were served by Chanvir who was friendly, very patient and explained everything about the new phone. Happy with the experience.
