What a refreshing experience.
What a refreshing experience, actually a fantastic service provided by Ryan at Vodaphone (Hanley). Extremely helpful and friendly, providing us with what we needed and helped to find the best deal for us. So helpful in fact, we may end up staying with them with regards to our Broadband at home, then swop to their partner provider for 1gig when it arrives shortly. Many thanks Ryan for your help.

Ryan Douglas Charlton was absolutely amazing. He was polite, helpful, knowledgeable, and in my opinion went the extra mile to ensure we had what we needed as the shop was shutting… he didn’t batter an eyelid or rush in any way even though his colleagues were all ready to walk out the door. Very helpful
I came in because broadband speed was very low and needed a micro filter, what they didn’t have, but instead they helped me much more with getting a better router and booster on a lower cost plan
