Amazing service
The manager Sharon was amazing listened my request. Then referred me to the sales assistant Lisa, which did all my sim service kept my old number and sorted my package out.

Kirsty was brilliant
Kirsty was brilliant, she gave fantastic advice and customer service. She really understood my needs and just how terrible my tech skills are! Would recommend a visit if you are looking for a new phone provider/ upgrade.

I’d rather do face to face
I’d rather do face to face, so I used the Halifax store. I knew roughly what new tariff etc I was looking for. Kirsty looked after me so well. She looked in to absolutely everything for me and it wasn’t too much trouble. And I walked away a very happy lady. Thank you Kirsty, you were a diamond.😊

I have had a great experience today
I have had a great experience today. Having damaged my current phone beyond repair....I was helped by Kirsty who provided me with the reassurance I needed and sorted out a wonderful new phone for me. I was also impressed with Kirsty's colleague, who was most helpful as well.

poor service
Gone to this shop 20 years to top up my PAYG the assistant Lisa was very unhelpful, I only wanted a £10 top up but obviously this was not beneficial for her and kept trying to sell me a plan, its for an alarm system I dont need a monthly plan! and she would not top up my voucher, this is first time this has happened, I have several Vodafone plans wont use this shop again

Kirsty made my experince very warm and comfortable, she explained very well my speeds and how much i could save with a new broadband plan, everything was explained in detail and i was done in a matter of minutes will recomend not just Kirsty but the whole store to others if getting new contracts or just renewing, a massive thanks to Kirsty and her team at the Halifax branch.
