Brilliant customer service
We were in a bit of a state and didn’t really know what to do to rectify our situation.
We were with Vodafone but the contract we were on was too expensive for the little use had.
We swapped to Vodafone “Pay as you go” to make savings. Unfortunately two new SIM cards arrived in the post with new mobile numbers.
We went into Vodafone shop in Halifax and was served by Sharon who was absolutely brilliant. She sorted out everything including properly setting up our existing numbers to our new pay as you go agreement and canceling our old contacts. We simply would not have been able to sort this out ourselves.
Thank you Sharon. You were brilliant.

Excellent service. i went into store and had so much trouble with you fibre or brsk and the vodafone staff were lovely and helped me save money and cancel my current provider. the customer service is excellent, especially this lovely lady called TAZ. I came into the Vodafone store in an absolute panic because my phone was completely overrun with viruses. I was expecting to wait ages, but Danny served me right away—zero wait time! He sorted the whole issue out so quickly and efficiently, and my phone is running perfectly again. More than just fixing the tech problem, Danny provided incredible customer service. He really went out of his way to make me feel special and valued. If you ever need help, definitely ask for Danny. Absolute lifesaver!
