Wonderful Experience Working w/ Nikki

After a week of hell. Speaking to customer service advisor over the phone. I came to the Hackney branch and spoke to Mohamed. He received excellent customer service. He was very helpful. He went through everything with me. He was very patient. I'm so happy now Thank you Mohamed. ☺️
