Excellent customer service, 100% recommend
Would 100% recommend. Nick was super helpful, knowledgeable and honest and made even the rather dry parts of a contract conversation enjoyable. Have been a Vodafone customer for years and I‘m always happy to renew my contract, all staff take the time and throw in a bit of banter. Will always come back.

Helpful and friendly staff
I called in to the Gosport branch for assistance with transferring a couple of phone numbers over. Alex was very helpful and sorted it all out for me. I’ll definitely pop in again if I have any issues instead of calling Vodafone or using their live chat.
