Matty and Keith were amazing
Matty and Keith were amazing! So kind and friendly. I came in very distressed as my phone was suddenly unresponsive and I was getting a train in a few hours (and my ticket was on my phone!). They managed to hard reset my phone so it worked again and we discussed options for an upgrade at a time when I'm ready. If Vodafone management sees this, please give Matty and Keith a raise, or bonus, or both! They are stars ⭐

Vodafone service ..nightmare
I've contacted Vodafone several times re my Internet won't connect to TV wireless ..their response contact TV providers ..not their problem ..I had Plus Net before Vodafone it worked fine ..trying to get help from website or Vodafone agent is a nightmare ..a year on still no connection ..apologies but the only way to get a response is to complain ...which again Vodafone website won't allow you to do !!!!

Terrible customer service
Broadband customer service is a disgrace. Initially sent incompatible equipment. Now incapable of taking a direct debit despite no account changes and funds available. 3 hours later and no ownership of their issues and resolution is always ‘go to a store’. Desperate to leave. DO NOT JOIN!

Experience made easy due to Katie's knowledge
