We went in the shop to have a better deal with our existing broadband account. Suki, managed to sort this for us despite having difficulties with the store’s online system. He managed to put us through the main customer service and the transaction was made easy for us.

We came into Vodafone to explore…
We came into Vodafone to explore upgrading my phone and a transition from O2. I’ve been an O2 customer for 15 years. Manoj was extremely helpful, he talked us through our options and made sure I understood the offers and costs for phone and then data costs. He explained the trade in process really well. Husband moved from 02 to Vodafone a few years ago and wish I had too as well! Much cheaper and better service!! Thank you Manoj 😊
