Great deal and service
Due to a technical problem I was over 2 hours in the store before it was resolved. However, Craig was professional, friendly, communicative and good humoured. This made it much more bearable than it otherwise could have been. Therefore it's 5 stars for a great deal and very good customer service in what was a difficult situation.

Great customer experience
Craig and Maryanne were very friendly and knowledgeable. They both took the time to find out about our needs. No hard sell - very refreshing! Everything was explained carefully, from phone spec and tariff to next month's billing. Exceptional customer experience.

Phone and plan upgrade
Went in to upgrade my phone and the service I received was top notch, Maryanne did everything to help me find the right deal. I was very happy with the whole experience. I have been with Vodafone many years and hope to be with them many more. Maryanne you are a credit to Vodafone very helpful and informative.
