The assistant was able to provide low tariff payments for my 2 iPhones which offset the Disney+ payments I had been charged - an error in setting up the 3 month free trial. She was very help, courteous and informative. As always I received excellent service in the Bridlington store.

Went into vodafone shop at bridlington to renew my contract.made very easy by the young lady that dealt with me both staff are welcoming and easy to deal with.we live quite away from bridlington but come over alot but always use vodafone shop bridlington because of the staff thank you

A very satisfied customer
I took a lady, well in her 80s into the Bridlington Store where Craig was superb. Ensuring he spoke slowly and reassuringly. He found a great deal to stop her paying way too much on her previous " Pay as you go" situation (she is now paying at least 50% less). Craig also helped her with her tablet and the cost of her wi-fi at home. Brilliant service and great prices.

My wife & I came into the shop to upgrade our phone plans, Craig was very helpful & explained our options without trying to sell us something we didn’t want, he took his time, was patient & had a really good customer manner, neither of us are very good with technology.
