I had a difficult connectivity issue to resolve relating to my phone and smartwatch that was resolved with patience and professionalism from Rob, who took the time to go through the technical details of my query. This is my first positive experience with Vodafone as they have not sought to resolve the historical 'Sole Trader' customer classification issue that has caused me so many problems when my service provision should have been a simple issue.

One of the worse sales advisors (Rob) I…
One of the worse sales advisors (Rob) I have ever seen. So rude and unprofessional, kept rolling his eyes and kept saying to his work colleague to hurry up and that he is ready to go home.
