Carl at Vodafone was absolutely brilliant today. He was working alone but still managed to support me through a really difficult transition from my old network, finding me and my family the best deal and making sure everything was sorted.
Despite also helping other customers at the same time, he remained calm, professional and incredibly attentive. He worked really hard under pressure and never made me feel rushed. I really appreciate all his help and support ,excellent customer service!

I was having issues with my driver app…
I was having issues with my driver app for many years no one could get it to work I have visted many times and no one could solve it and today i thought let me try again along came mustafa sorted it within minutes im over the moon give the man a pay rise he deserves every penny im so thrilled
