Experience at Beverley store
The member of staff (Angie) at the Beverley shop was smiley and bubbly enduring the customer was made to feel at ease. I was enquiring about renewing my phone contract and her knowledge of plans and products was exceptional providing me with many options to move forward which I am considering. Her friendliness and helpfulness explaining things has encouraged me to return once I’ve considered the options to move forward to my next plan or phone.
Excellent customer care and not pushy at all. Well done Angie.
