Changing my phone!!
Visited the Vodafone shop in Beverley this morning, looking to change my phone. Met with James who was so helpful, didn't blind me with numbers and data, he was so friendly and helpful and explained things simply, just what I needed!! Dan’s the Man!
The main reason why I’ve been a Vodafone customer for over twenty years is this Beverley store. I always head here whenever it’s time to upgrade or review my bill in spite of not living in Beverley. The staff are helpful, friendly and patient! On this occasion Dan was the man, sorting me out with a new phone and reducing my monthly payment at the same time. What’s not to like!

New customer to Vodafone having given up waiting for EE t provide adequate coverage in our area. Ported over and upgraded by Dan in the Beverley branch who was so accommodating my wife also left EE. Dan was very patient and professional despite me changing my mind on the model of iPhone after I had signed up.
