Stephanie was really helpful
I visited today for help with my new phone. Although I had no idea what I was doing Stephanie was very kind and sorted the problem without making me feel silly. She wasn’t at all pushy but asked about my broadband and found d me a much better option with Vodaphone

After some VERY frustrating online and telephone interactions with Vodafone, we visited your Berwick upon Tweed store and had an excellent experience with Steph and Kira, who spent an hour with us patiently sorting everything out, apologising for the frustrations we had experienced and got my son sorted with a new phone. Amazing Experience

I had a great experience with Stephanie
I had a great experience with Stephanie at the Berwick store, she was friendly and welcoming and was able to help me with what I needed. I was able to get what was needed without any hassle. I was given all the information I needed and she answered any questions that I had. I felt like I was in good hands and I know I can pop in to have any questions that I may have in the future.

Simon is a massive asset to Vodafone
I wanted to take a moment to share some feedback about Simon, who helped me upgrade from a SIM-only plan to a new iPhone on Friday.
He may not remember, but Simon also helped me out many years ago when I was an O2 customer. I’ve never forgotten that experience because of how friendly, helpful, and engaging he was. I’m pleased to say he hasn’t changed a bit—still the same friendly, funny, and incredibly helpful person today.
