Owen was very helpful with my phone upgrade. Lots of issues on the account which he was able to sort with ease. He was very polite and friendly and would definitely return to store in the future

A Surprising turn on our Vodafone Broadband install service!
If you refer to my review below, when we booked our Vodafone Broadband to be installed we had great service! But then we just received a call from Vodafone and apparently our order was cancelled! We had already booked our install date and even received a call, but even then, it was cancelled.
If you can’t tell already, I am really disappointed in this service due to the fact that we started with a great experience with the broadband and now we are not impressed. After being a really long customer along with most of my family, for many years, this is really surprising and disappointed review, something that I never thought I would have to write!

Phone upgrade
I upgraded my phone and not being tech savvy ! Maria helped me with everything and then checked my broadband and ended up saving me a fortune which was fantastic also did everything for so I didn’t have to do a thing , Maria is a credit to the company and absolute pleasure thanks

Excellent service and people skills
We went into the Ashford Vodafone store and we were greeted by Owen
He straight away listened to what we were looking for and our budget.
We spent a long time with Owen who went through many options with us
We feel that Owen went over & above to make sure we left with what we wanted
