Dear Susan, Your order was dispatched on Thursday and it would have been delivered the next day but it was Good Friday. DHL do not deliver during weekend and bank holidays. So, we are sure you will get it tomorrow.

Large Amber Vase …
I was very pleased with the packaging of this fragile item. My youngest daughter was also very pleased with the colour and size of this vase which was one of her Christmas presents.

Great communication from the company, delivery was running a bit late but I got a lovely email apologising and updating me.

Came when expected but scratched I contacted their customer support two weeks for a replacement and they haven't even got back to me.

Second order from this company and happy with everything. The supplier was late so there was a delay on delivery, but I appreciated the fact that they phoned me to explain this and kept me in the picture - wish more people would do this. Would recommend Lagoon
