Complete Failure
Failed to scan or relay mail sent to my office for at least six months, only discovered when I collected it myself.
Using this service caused actual damage to my business due to their abandonment of duties, and when confronted with the complaint and evidence, were unapologetic and blamed the staff at the address, who Virtual-HQ only has some sort of arms-length agreement with.
Receiving any compensation was like pulling teeth, let alone an apology.
Parted ways, would not use again.

Five years and counting
We have been with Virtual Headquarters for 5 years, just about to enter our sixth year, and we are very pleased with the service they offer. It was very straightforward to set up, and it's easy to manage. It's a perfect way to maintain professionalism whilst working primarily from home.

Great service, lovely office
Really helpful and friendly team, lovely office space (for when we use it) and very reasonably priced.
They have made our lives easier and quicker and whenever we have had a question, answered it promptly and resolved it.
The off site team and the in office team are brilliant and we have renewed our lease with them year on year.

Freedom from a physical office.
I converted to a virtual office a couple of years ago and it has really worked for me. I do not have any surprising bills or maintenance issues.
I can still hold meetings, collect my post and even meet for coffee.
Most important for me was I do not feel that I have to go to a physical office just because of the huge rent I was paying each month.

An Easy Renewal

Ripped off.
I completed their online form to open up a Virtual Office and had to pay them £64.78 up front. I supplied them with the relevant ID and my company registration number. Bearing in mind that I have two other virtual offices across the country in the same Limited company name and, had supplied the same ID information to them, I received a reply informing me that the information supplied was unacceptable and therefore would not allow me to set up with them. They would not give me a reason why and therefore, I asked for a full refund of £64.78. All they refunded was £28.88.
This to me seems like a scam!!!!
Would I recommend them; not a chance.

We completely understand how frustrating it is when expectations aren’t met, especially after taking the time to submit documentation and payment in good faith. Please allow us to offer some clarity around the process.
As part of our legal obligations (including compliance with anti-money laundering regulations), we are required to carry out checks to verify the identity and legitimacy of all clients before we can activate a Virtual Office service. Instances where we are unable to proceed with account setup are rare, but may occur if the information presented to us or information we gather during our checks falls below our acceptability criteria or breaches our terms and conditions.
In cases where an application is not successful, our terms and conditions outline that an admin fee may apply. The refund issued reflects the time and resources already committed to processing and verifying your application.
That said, we never want a customer to walk away feeling dissatisfied. We’ve only been provided with a first name and, as such, are unable to locate your account to confirm specific details but we’d really welcome the chance to speak with you further if you’d like to discuss your experience or feel that any part of the process hasn’t been clearly explained.
Please don’t hesitate to get in touch directly. We’d be happy to review this further with you.

I can honestly say the experience I received from Virtual Headquarters far exceeded my wildest expectations. Given I was a pain in the ass with all my questions and complications - they had every right to try and get rid of me. But they didn't ... they went out of their way to help me promptly and with answers that made my life much easier. I cannot recommend them enough.
