Our virtual office in Birmingham is up for annual renewal again and we have no hesitation in renewing our agreement.

AVIOD THIS COMPANY!!! Fraud
Please do not use this company, unreliable and really bad customer service! I has been told someone has taken over the freehold of the virtual office, and it was the new owner who gives me notice that the virtual office service will be ended by the end of Jan 2026! However, I just renewed for another one year in November 2025! I emailed Virtual HQ, got no reply. I called several times, and no one gave me a call back! They just disappeared and no where to get my refund! Totally fraud!!! never use them again!

The closure of the site was highly unusual and unfortunately outside of our control, following a change in the freehold ownership. As soon as we were made aware, we took steps to support affected clients through the transition.
We would like to clarify that we did respond to your correspondence and that a refund was issued to you. In addition, we also offered an alternative location to ensure continuity of service and to minimise disruption wherever possible.
We fully understand how unexpected changes can be inconvenient, and we appreciate that this situation was disappointing. However, we respectfully feel it is unfair to suggest that no response or refund was provided, as both were actioned.
If you would like us to revisit this matter with you or if there is anything further we can assist with, we would welcome the opportunity to discuss this directly.

Emma and in particular has been amazing in answering questions regarding applying for the virtual office and the process . She advised promptly every step of the way and was so helpful . I know i could count on her and go back to her with anything in the future .
Andy also was particularly helpful in the later stages of the application , and provided the confirmations promptly and efficiently . Great team! Thank you both!

It all started out ok
It all started out ok with great communication, but since discovering that none of my mail has been reaching me (16 Commerce Square, Nottingham), they've been ignoring me, including ignoring my request to cancel the service. There's also no way to cancel or remove your card details, so I assume they'll just keep taking the payments.
They previously offered to send a test letter, which also didn't reach me, then that was it. Completely cut off from all communication with Emma.
I've been politely emailing and ringing them, but don't seem to be getting anywhere. When I email they don't reply. When I ring they take details and then nobody rings back.
