I ordered yoga pants June 22, 2026 and to this day I'm still waiting. I wish I had read all the reviews prior to ordering. I to tried to contact them for my refund and I just got the round a round. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
I purchased two pair of yoga pants from them on June 15, 2026. After a month, I attempted to contact them with no response. PayPal provided a supposed tracking number which indicated that the shipment was handed to me on July 7, 2026, and because there was. Tracking number, they wouldn’t refund my money! Biggest scan.

We did not received our yoga pants. We place the order 6/17/26. They told us they have delivered them on 7/11 and handed them to the customer. They did not hand them to us. We got the round around for them and shipping company. I want a refund from them. I will turned them to BBB. THEY ARE SOME SOORY COMPANY. I WOULD LIKE A REPLY BACK FROM THEN
Im agreeing with everyone. Definitely a scam. The company name changed while I was disputing the charge. At first it was Vitaliana,, then poof, they're Viralona. Each name change comes with selling a different product. I too am glad I use PayPal or Amazon for online purchases more times than not. I wish there was a way to catch these crooks.
Another harsh reminder to not order one of these internet ads without checking the reviews! Basically another scam!!! Said being delivered for weeks then suddenly rerouting back to shipper due to some bullshit excuse when my daily Amazon packages never have a problem arriving! Just glad I used PayPal as I always do if making an online purchase with a new company because PayPal always has my back! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!!! And honestly if the product does arrive I don’t even think they’re what they claim to be!
Viralona sold me a product that was not what I wanted and did not nearly perform as advertised. When I requested a refund, then refused and then just stopped communicating with me. Basically I lost my money on a "No Good" product. Please dont make the same mistake that I did?
