I did not receive my package, it went to a different state. SCAM. What a shame

SCAM SCAM SCAM! I ordered a photo gift from this company in June for Father's Day. I uploaded pictures of my children and spent £58 in good faith. Over 2 months later and still no item, no reply to emails and nothing from the company. Filed a complaint with PayPal and after over a month received my money back from PayPal as tracking information the company had tried sending PayPal to prove this item was sent was invalid! Please, please do not order off this company. I may have been refunded by PayPal for my order but I'll never be able to retrieve the pictures of my children :( AVOID!!!

RED FLAG! 🚩 My order was shipped to a different state! When I reached out to Lunacub, Anna in customer service stated I’d receive a refund in 3-5 business days. Never received the refund. I had PayPal go after them, but because the item was marked as delivered they closed the case. Ridiculous! Not only was I out a gift for Father’s Day, I’m out $58.97. It’s awful! And their website isn’t even up anymore! They must have made bank by deceiving so many people! I hope they’re held accountable! I’ll still be reporting this as well!

I wish I could have them 0 stars! This company is a complete and total scam! I ordered a custom Father’s Day shirt for my husband , I was charged $51, and I never received the item! They claim that it was delivered somewhere in Alabama and I live in Maryland. They did not respond to any of the multiple emails I sent to them and then have the nerve to send me an email to rate my experience with them! They are a fraudulent scam company! Do not order anything from them! The ad popped up on FB and I thought they were legit. I should have googled them 1st. I reported them to the BBB and I contacted my bank about the fraudulent charge. Never again. Shame on them!

Ordered a Lego folding picture thing for father's day. Never received, ended up delivered somewhere in California??? We live across the flippin US!! I was so angry they do not respond when you email--scammers!

I wish I had read reviews before I ordered with this company. I never received my order. The tracking company said it appears Lunacub used the same tracking number for more than one package. I tried to contact Lunacub multiple times, even through the BBB. They will not respond. It's been two months. So, no package and no refund. Zero communication. I would never buy from them.

Do not order!! This is a Scam company! Been confirmed by my bank who have now had to set up a card scam issue 🙄 so if you have ordered please contact your bank to cancel your card asap . I ordered in June emailed multiple times once I saw my tshirt said it was delivered in the USA not uk and have been ignored! I saw this company on fb and it is my fault for not looking it up but everything seemed like a real website. If I could give 0 stars I would!

DO NOT ORDER! I ordered almost 2 months ago and still have no received my item. Customer service said it’s enroute but my tracking says it was delivered in another country. Now several emails have gone unanswered when I have questioned why it says delivered. Disputing with my bank, save yourself the trouble and do not order from them.

An absolute scam, ordered a Father’s Day shirt and it never came. They feed Shopify a false status of delivered also, I couldn’t even report it because it doesn’t exist in the shop app. So aggravating!

I regret not checking these reviews before ordering as I would've avoided this company. Ordered a personalised Father's Day gift which never arrived and appears to have been delivered to the wrong country (LA and not London). I have emailed their customer services several times and received no response. Avoid at all costs

This business, Lunacub, is a complete fraud. I placed an order for Father’s Day and spent $60, including extra for personalization with my daughter’s name on the sleeve—exactly how it was shown in their TikTok ad. The pictures looked beautiful, and I trusted what I saw. When my order arrived, the personalization was missing. I immediately emailed Lunacub, and they told me they would replace the item and issue a refund. After that, they stopped responding. I emailed multiple times asking for updates, and I have not heard back since. On top of that, the quality of the shirt was terrible—nothing like what they advertised.

Please do NOT interact with this business. This was the worst experience I’ve had, and I don’t want anyone else to waste their money the way I did.

I ordered a shirt for fathers day. I paid for expedited shipping. It says it was delivered somewhere in New Jeresey...I live in AL. Nobody will answer the emails for the "Contact Us" email. This is a shady bull crap company.

Ordered a Father’s Day shirt, I even included a tip thinking that my order would be sent out a little quicker just for it to be sent to an address in Alabama (my shipping address was in Canada). I sent 3 emails to get in contact with the company to rectify the situation and heard nothing back, even to this day did not receive a reply. Super frustrating that the gift never arrived but I contacted my bank to get my money back as I never heard anything back from them.

I am very disappointed with my experience. I placed an order for Father’s Day that was marked as "delivered," but it never arrived. I was home at the time it was supposedly delivered, so I know nothing was dropped off. I spent close to $50.00 and have nothing to show for it. I would not recommend ordering from here.

If I could leave no stars I would. Extremely upset and frustrated that I never received my husbands Father's Day gift. Same experience as a lot of others. Showing as delivered to an address on the opposite side of the country. Have reached out to the company with several emails with no response. Forget the money, but now my kids photos are just out there. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING!

Never got my order. It was delivered to a completely different state even though my address on the order was correct. I’ve reached out several times to the company and have gotten no response.

I ordered a "best dad shirt" for my dad on father's day and I expected the package to take a while considering the site. My dad texted me and asked if I had any update on it. When I went to check it was showing delivered on June 14th- before I got there to visit however, him nor his wife ever received any package. I have sent four emails and followed up with the "track package" email. I got a response from the track package email to contact the sender directly. I've gotten no response, no help nothing. I am going to be call the bank to dispute the charges.

Mind you, I understand I won't get an immediate response but it's been a week or more now that I've sporadically sent these email.
