I visited Village Music with my Grandson who had broken one of his guitar strings. The member of staff was extremely friendly and helpful, explaining to him how to replace it and changing it for him whilst he watched. I’m very happy with the after sales service and would definitely recommend this music shop.

Ordered a mini keyboard for my grandson. Unfortunately the manufacturer had discontinued the one he wanted but Jamie from Village Music called me up with excellent recommendations and sorted everything out no bother at all. He was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable and I would not hesitate to use them again. First class 👍
For me, the best experiences are when you deal with decent people. I'm just getting back into music after leaving my guitar in the dark for too long. Villiage music were able to bring my guitar back from the ashes. They communicated with me regarding follow up work and I would say, no matter what level you might be at, this is a store who will help you get to where you want to be. Thank you.

Just popped into Village Music to fix my sons broken guitar string. I was expecting to have to leave it but Jamie was able to fix it on the spot. You always get a warm welcome and I even got a sneak peek at the new guitar lounge area. True definition of good customer service. Wouldn’t go anywhere else
