It was a good experience, I'd recommend it overalljust updating after the response - sure, for me a 5 stars service is one with a outstanding customer support.... although the products were delivered in time and adjustments on the order were made efficiently as I needed them (which I'm grateful for), the way the the customer services handled the situation were not outstanding, just good/fair.
Impressive service even on a small order. The proof they sent before printing wasn't quite as I expected but I managed to speak to a real (and very helpful) person on the phone, we came up with a solution and my order arrived exactly as expected and on time! And that's even though it was only a small order of 10 items! Thank you!
