Clearly, finding out that you need a tourist visa to enter Vietnam 24 hours ahead of your trip is not ideal. It is then, however, an enormous relief to see that there is efficient help in this delicate situation. This service took me through the process step by step and delivered precisely as announced.

My friend and I needed an e-visa a few hours before before flight, Alex was very professional, we received our visas 1.5 hours early. Top man!

So very helpful for me, on the day of travel and feeling out as to how my visa was going to come through on a Sunday. I felt like I was a priority from the very first first WhatsApp message and accessed this number through a bona fide website.

Absolute trip-saving emergency Vietnam visa services!! I learned there was a one-letter typo on my middle name as I tried to check-in and board my international flight to Vietnam. The check-in counter absolutely would not let me check-in. I tried so many websites. (Don’t bother with the US / Vietnam embassy! All three numbers listed either don’t work, don’t answer the phone, or don’t respond by text, even though they say you can text.) I called and text and emailed many phone numbers saying they offered “emergency”services but none replied quickly until I found this site: “Vietnamvisa.dept.vn”. Alex responded to my WhatsApp within a few minutes. The check in counter had already closed. I was out of time. Alex got me an Approval letter in less than 15 minutes!!! That “letter” allowed me to board, and soon after (before I landed in Vietnam) he’d sent my new / updated Visa. I can’t thank Alex enough!! My trip would have been ruined. I was joining a group tour and they don’t wait around for delays. I would have had to cancel my entire trip if I wasn’t able to get on that flight. I recommend everyone save their Whasapp number before your trip!!! Make sure you have it on hand in case you need help. Is it cheap?? No. But when you run out of time, you pick your battles. Travelling to Vietnam from Ireland , when I got to the airport I realised my date of birth was incorrect on my visa. The airline refused to let me fly and because it was after 5pm on a Friday in Vietnam I couldn't contact the immigration over there. I got given this contact number and although was nervous for scams I was willing to try anything instead of loosing the full weekend of my holiday until the immigration office opened on Monday.
