Cela fait 3 fois que j'utilise cette compagnie pour un vol intérieur en Thaïlande et à chaque fois l'avion était en retard de plus d'une heure. Le personnel a attendu la dernière demi-heure pour nous inviter à prendre une collation gratuite dans une seule boutique située à 5 minutes, tous les passagers se sont rués vers cette boutique, donc une queue de 50 m et l'embarquement annoncé, peu ont pu en profiter 🫩

Horrible. Cancelación de vuelo sin aviso, y problemas para recibir el reembolso. NO recomiendo su uso.

Unreliable, late - as usual apparently. They changed our flight without even writing us. It took over an hour to collect our luggage. Never again.

I also suggest that the telephone service help desk you provide does not promote VietAir in a good light. I was on hold for over an hour before the call suddenly cut off. I wrote this whilst on hold, and again the call suddenly cut off. This sort of information could be easily provided on a FAQ page. Your customers want information which can be cheaply and easily provide on a website. VietAir does not want its reputation and its future profits ruined because no-one answered the telephone. Don’t have a phone number, but do explain how things work. It’s the not knowing if the phone will be answered that really pisses people off, will tell at least 10 people how bad the service was, and will not be return customers. It’s far more expensive to win a new customer, than to keep serving existing customers. I laster received an email stating that the email address VietJet provided does not exist.

They don’t even deserve one star!!! A complete cowboy company!!!!
Trashed my hold baggage and then say their policy is £5 compensation for this type of damage maximum!!!
Then won’t escalate my complaint, just close the complaint with nothing!! If I could swear about this joke of a company I would!!! I’d go as far as to say I’d rather fly with Ryanair or walk than these idiots!!!

This airline is completely unhelpful we went to board our flight from Perth to China transitting through Ho chi min city Vietnam, they stated we need a visa , 1 they don't advise this and 2 it states no visa needed when transiting through the airport , and less than 24 hours.
I've requested a refund witch has been denied, I've had to pay for second flights through a different airline no visa required, the girl at the counter of viet jet stated if you buy your ticket through viet jet you don't need a visa ,however she could not even help us do that.
Fly with a more reputable air line and avoid the extortion.
Avoid booking flights through booking.com also.

Avoid at all costs. Flight kept getting delayed and communication was awful. I went to the desk to look for information and the lady was beyond rude and bad mannered.

What an absolute SCAM! Bought $100aud in SkyJoy points and unredeemable and only flights I can redeem it request put through quadruples the price. Absolute SCAM! Don’t buy and don’t fly if you can avoid!!!!!

Horrible service, hidden fees, dysfunctional website. Do not recommend

On entering the plane the smell was horrendous.
I later went to the bathroom where a gentleman walked in then walked out and asked attendant to clean it to it being filthy. I had a quick look. Could not believe my eyes. I wasn't even I would have wet my pants rather than gone in there. The attendant did some cleaning work. I'll show you some photos but it wasn't good. I paid $150 more for excess baggage and meals. I had one bottle of water and a small spaghetti bolognese which was disgusting and that was $150 on a 10 hour flight. I flew over on a different air on a different airline which was less than half the price and the service was fantastic. The food was good and the plane was very clean. The staff were not helpful whatsoever and I would never travel or recommend this company to anyone. It was not only me. Everyone on the plane around me was complaining.

Nhà tôi đi 6 người nhưng 2 người bị chuyển chuyến bay đến tận 22 giờ 40. Vietjet không uy tính. Khuyên tất cả đừng đi Vietjet. Nhân viên rất thờ ơ cứ ngồi không muốn giúp mặc dù gia đình có em bé nhỏ nhưng vẫn bị chuyển chuyến bay.

suite à une réservation d'un vol à 14:30 de Bangkok vers une ville du sud du pays , sans autre explication , la compagnie a supprimé ce vol , résultat 9 heures d'attente dans l'aéroport , une journée entière gâchée et arrivée très tard à l'hôtel réservé plus le retard à l'arrivée... C'était ma première et dernière réservation auprès de cette compagnie aérienne.
