Insgesamt sehr enttäuschend und für mich kein vertrauenswürdiger Service.
Ich habe mein Fahrzeug über Parkos bei Mr. Park & Fly, Langenhorner Chaussee 490/492 in Hamburg abgestellt und kann den Service leider nicht empfehlen.
Während der Parkdauer wurde mein Fahrzeug nachweislich mehrfach ohne meine Erlaubnis bewegt und laut Dashcam sogar für Personentransporte genutzt. Dabei wurde auch die Halterung der Dashcam beschädigt – vermutlich beim Versuch, sie zu entfernen.
Trotz mehrfacher schriftlicher Kontaktaufnahme erhielt ich nur Entschuldigungen und ausweichende Antworten, aber keine ernsthafte Klärung oder Entschädigung.
Zudem wurde festgestellt, dass mein Fahrzeug zeitweise auf einem nicht eingezäunten Parkplatz stand, obwohl laut Buchung ein gesichertes Gelände zugesichert war.
Insgesamt sehr enttäuschend und für mich kein vertrauenswürdiger Service.

Not anything nice to say. First time for me at Hamburg Airport, booked parking weeks i advance. I called them before i left home for a confirmation on my booking, i got no confirmation but several times the guy said: alles ok! Alles ok! I arrive at the airport, i call them, they dont know who i talked to, but they said they would be in the airport in 20 minutes. They never showed up. They didnt pick up the phone. Just silence and me alone i hamburg airport. THANK GOD a parking officer at the airport saw me cry and he helped me with a new parking valet. You are awfull and heartless people, and i hope you get an eternal itching i your bottoms and your arms is to short to scratch it. I want my money back

Friendly service but sooo slow
Friendly service. Answered the phone when called. But sooo slow. Waited for 30 minutes on car pickup and waited for 55 minutes when returning. Not really what you want when trying to get home from holiday.

Really nice service. Very professional. The guy who picked up the car was so nice and when we returned from our vacation, we got our car right away 😊

Scam company that doesnt exist!
Scam company that doesnt exist!
We call the number given to us and no one answers. We ask everywhere at the airport where we can find Mr. Park and Fly and no one knows about them. We almost missed our flight looking for THEM when they should have been keeping an eye out for us (if they exist). We had to purchase parking somewhere else and double pay in order not to miss our flight.
