The fact that was actually legit made me more confident to purchase in the future.

I got tickets to see BTS in Belgium and had no trouble with the tickets. I received all the information through email and the tickets were send about two days before the event. I had no problem with entering the venue.
I bought tickets from Viagogo but they were handled through Ticketmaster which made everything seem more legit.

This page is reselling tickets so do be careful but personally I had a great experience.

Timeline of events:

1. I placed my first order and received an email confirming the order was complete.
2. When I clicked the confirmation/accept link, I was redirected to Ticketmaster to download the tickets.
3. On attempting to download, I received a message stating "the sender has cancelled the download."
4. I contacted your chat support, who told me the payment had not gone through and advised me to contact my bank.
5. I checked with my bank and confirmed the payment had in fact been deducted from my account.
6. I relayed this to your support team, who told me not to worry, that I would be refunded, and advised me to place a new booking.
7. I placed a second order . The exact same sequence of events occurred: order confirmed, redirected to Ticketmaster, download cancelled by "the sender," and support again claiming the payment had failed.
8. In total, approximately €1,000 was deducted from my account across both transactions.
9. This morning, I contacted my bank again, who confirmed unambiguously that both payments were successfully processed and sent.
10. When I reported this back to your support team, they claimed there was no record of me having contacted them previously, and that my name did not appear in the chat history I referenced — despite the fact that your own chat interface does not display a name field for me to have provided one.

I have a screenshot of the chat conversation, which I am attaching to this email as evidence.

This is an unacceptable experience.

Zeer slechte ervaring met deze site. Wij komen uit Nederland en hebben kaartjes gekocht bij viagogo voor de wedstrijd Nederland-Marokko in Mexico. Wij hebben bij elkaar 18uur gereisd naar Mexico en terplekke contact opgenomen met viagogo omdat wij de kaartjes nog niet hadden ontvangen. Zij hebben ons daar bij meerdere telefoontjes gegarandeerd dat ze eraan zouden komen en dat dit uiterlijk op de wedstrijddag toegestuurd zou worden. 1 uur voor de wedstrijd ontvingen wij een bericht dat we een refund zouden krijgen omdat ze het niet hebben kunnen regelen met de verkoper. Gelukkig hebben we terplekke nog via een andere site snel kaartjes kunnen kopen anders waren we voor niks naar de andere kant van de wereld gevlogen. Voor ons nooit meer Viagogo!!!

I had an excellent experience with Viagogo. Their customer service was outstanding—they responded to my requests immediately and were helpful every step of the way. I truly appreciated their prompt communication and professionalism. Highly recommended!

Ik ben ook op de hoogte van alle negatieve recensies maar persoonlijk heb ik nu voor de 3e keer succesvol kaarten gekocht en ontvangen bij Viagogo. Het is inderdaad wat vervelend dat je tot het laatste moment op (mobiele) tickets moet wachten, maar bij mij ging het echt probleemloos (2 dagen voor vertrek). Ik denk dat veel afhankelijk is van de goedwillendheid en eerlijkheid van de tegenpartij en niet van het platform.

Well everything was amazing, the only thing that bothered me was I wasn’t sure if the tickets were legit, so I was worried if the were fake

I bought tickets for the Bad Bunny concert, but the tickets never arrived. I was assured that my purchase was protected and that I would receive a full refund. It has now been over a month, and I have been contacting customer support repeatedly to ask about my refund.

No one responds to my emails or messages. They keep closing the chat or telling me to wait, but I never receive any updates or confirmation regarding the refund.

To make matters worse, they provided my payment provider with false evidence claiming that the tickets had been sent and used, which is simply not true. As a result, I lost my money and was unable to attend the concert.

I would strongly advise others to avoid this website. My experience has been extremely disappointing, with poor customer service and no resolution despite weeks of trying to get my money back.

Fraud. Fake guarantees that only benefit them. 100% fraud

Hele dure kaarten gekocht voor Helene Fischer voor vanavond en nu nog steeds geen kaarten ontvangen. Krijg alleen berichten dat het bedrag wel is verzekerd. Waardeloos bedrijf.

Buenas, hace años yo tuve una mala experiencia con viagogo que nos dio unas entradas de Lady gaga que fueron falsas, desde entonces no había cogido nada por esta magia y otros amigos también lo pensaban, he cogido dos cosas últimamente y muy bien, me gustaría que trasmitieran la edad de seguridad en la compra para que no haya malas percepciones. Saludos

Easy to buy. Tickets per mail in a minute! Good price!

I was very stressed about being scammed. The viagogo team was very reassuring and helpful. In the end our tickets were validbut were very overpriced. If you wang to avoid unnecessary stress i’d recommend buying tickets from official resale sites or during official ticket sites when possible.

Enjoyed the event. They had the best price. Had no problems.

They sold a ticket for 183 euros while the ticket they sent to me was 131 euros!!! After discussing with their support, they say we cannot refund you as we are a market place and then ended the chat immediately!!!! Definitely a scam behaviour!
