Process was very easy to use.

I had a ticket change just few hours before the concert, the customer care contact me from US and It was very well managed. Moreover, it was an upgrade covered by the policy.

Ik was blij dat ik via viagogo nog tickets kon krijgen. Wel veel duurder dan de normale prijs maar goed we wilden zo graag naar BTS! Het was een geweldig concert en waren dus blij dat de tickets werkte. Ook goeie service met dat je een mailtje krijgt voor aanvraag met telefoonnummer als er iets is.

Viagogo was good just the explanation of what was included with the tickets was not accurate. There was no food other than chips and the drinks only included soda type. No gluten free like it stated.

Keurig geregeld kaartjes Tom Jones in Keulen. Mooie plekken vooraan.

De overdracht was 'smooth" en we hadden de kaartjes op tijd ontvangen. Het is altijd spannend als je van Nederland naar Madrid reist en je weet niet 100% zeker dat je de kaartjes ook daadwerkelijk hebt. Maar dat was geen enkel probleem. Concert was alle moeite waard!!!!

Perfect experience.

This was, without question, the worst ticket booking experience we have ever had.

We paid €645.90 for 4 tickets to the Ludovico Einaudi concert on 05/07/2026, carefully selecting and paying extra for specific seats. The tickets were not issued until the day before the concert, and when they finally were, we discovered that the seats we had paid for had been replaced with completely different ones.

From that moment on, the experience became a complete nightmare.

We contacted customer service immediately on the morning before the concert. We were promised that the issue would be investigated internally and that someone would contact us later that day. Nobody ever did. Instead, we had to spend the entire day chasing customer service ourselves, only to receive more empty promises and no solution.

To make matters worse, two members of our group had flown specifically for this concert. Instead of looking forward to the event, we spent our time dealing with incompetent customer support, uncertainty, and stress.

On the day of the concert, after still hearing absolutely nothing despite repeated assurances, we contacted customer service once again. We made it crystal clear that if the seats we had originally purchased could not be provided, we wanted to cancel the booking and receive a full refund. Your representative instructed us to cancel the tickets ourselves and contact the appropriate department after the event to process the refund.

We followed those instructions exactly.

The next day, when we requested the promised refund, we were shocked to be told that our cancelled tickets would be sold to another buyer—even though the concert had already taken place. At that point it became obvious that your customer service either had no idea what they were talking about or simply did not care.

The entire experience was defined by broken promises, appalling communication, and a complete lack of accountability. We paid for a premium service, received the wrong tickets, were ignored after being promised callbacks, were repeatedly forced to chase customer service ourselves, and ultimately missed the concert after following your own representatives' instructions.

We are still waiting for the full refund of our €645.90.

Avoid this company if you value your time, your money, or your peace of mind. If something goes wrong, don't expect customer service to fix it. Expect to be ignored, passed around, and left dealing with the consequences of their mistakes.
