We travelled all the way from South Africa to come and attend the show. We are heartbroken!! Never trust any of these sites as they are scammers!!!!!

Van boekingsproces tot klantenservice en klantcontact, alles was super!
Snel contact, persoonlijk contact, vriendelijk en oplossingsgericht.
Zowel via de mail als de chat in de app.
Zelfs op de dag van het evenement zelf, waarvoor naar het buitenland afgereisd, binnen 2 minuten een persoonlijk gesprek met een medewerker, die binnen een paar minuten uitstekend heeft geholpen!
Tegenwoordig moet je het meestal met een chatbot doen, maar bij ViaGogo dus gelukkig niet.
Voor ons niet de eerste en zeker ook niet de laatste keer dat we kaarten hebben gekocht bij ViaGogo!

Opzich prima tent maar ging glas sangria over me heen, glas in stukken mijn meiden bloed van het glas. Kan allemaal gebeuren maar niets ter compensatie en vonden ze ook niet nodig. Kom er dus nooit meer.

Wij zijn opgelicht met de aankoop van de kaarten voor RockWerchter. Onze kennisen hadden 4 Terraskaarten voor Rock Werchter gekocht bij viaGOGO tickets a 240,- per stuk. Bij aankomst op het festival bleken het valse en ongeldige kaarten te zijn. Omdat we helemaal uit Nederland kwamen en de teleurstelling niet groter wilde maken door naar huis te gaan besloten we toch maar om terplaatse 4 nieuwe kaarten op de officiële site van Rock Werchter online te bestellen. Helaas waren de terraskaarten helemaal uitverkocht en hebben we daarom maar 4 veldkaarten gekocht a 140,- per stuk. Per saldo hebben we nu per persoon € 380,- betaalt voor een veldkaart. Dit gaf ons een hele zure en bittere nasmaak van onze vrijdag op het festival. ViaGOGO wilt ons niet tegemoet komen en wijzen een verzoek om terugbetaling van ons geld af.

Koop geen kaartje hier, net een kaartje gekocht, wordt geadverteerd voor €111. Prima prijs, enfin door naar bestellen; ticketprijs ineens €168, ruim 50 aan verborgen kosten.
Prima, ik wil heel graag naar het evenement dus ik doe het.
Krijg ik het kaartje binnen, is het voor een andere dag…. NIET BESTELLEN HIER NU AL SPIJT, had al veel slechte reacties gelezen, blijken helaas waar

Heldere website en goed overzicht welke plekken je nog kon boeken voor Andre Rieu. Na aankoop werden originele kaartjes direct per mail opgestuurt.

Duurde lang voordat ik de tickets kreeg. 18.45 terwijl terrein al open was, maar uiteindelijk hadden we wel betere plaatsen.

Royal Park Live with Tom Jones was a great experience in summer. We enjoyed very much. Not only his strong voice but also the location of Soestdijk Palace was very good.

Kaartje voor NortSeaJazz werd aangeboden voor € 93,-

Kaartje gekocht op die basis. Dan wordt het bedrag plotseling verhoogd met € 51,- bij de betaling. Het zou gaan om een zogenaamde fee. Bij de aanbieding van het kaart is hier niets over vermeld.

Ik heb bij Paypal ook een klacht ingediend.

Advies. Doe hier geen bestelling. Want zo'n fee (waar voor ?) dat is mogelijk het business model.

Great experience with viagogo

It was a very smooth / pleasentt experience with easy & per direct booking with a very reasonable price . Further digital tickets & information process was so smooth as well. Expecially such BTS style World Top Important concerts people would suffer with waiting times, ctechnical problems, fake tickets etc etc our experience got more valuable for us anyway.

Snel contact klantenservice. Goede afhandeling en ook opties aanbieden voor eventuele betere beschikbare plekken.

I paid 230 euros in fron stage for Ricky Martin Concert in Budapest Viagogo made mistake with the tickets and they didn't take any action only by giving 25% discount for future tickets. Please do not use this app. Is fully crap and they don't care if there is mistake by them. Shame on you Viagogo

I bought tickets for Ludovico Einaudi in the Ziggodome (AMS) through Viagogo three months ago, and both the website and app showed that my tickets were 'are there' + 'on the way' until the last moment, three hours before the event due to the venue (not the re-seller), and that I should have nothing to worry about...

However, shortly before the event, after the expiry timeslot 2,5 hours, the status suddenly changed and stated there are no tickets available. At this moment we already were at the event location, based on the limited information provided by Viagogo we wanted to be on time, only to find out that I may not have valid tickets. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Customer support is OK, I could directly speak to an (human) agent, which stated clearly what the alternatives are, and requested a money refund.

For me its not about the money, I have planned a moment off for a night out. If there is an issue with availability of my tickets, I expect to be informed well in advance - at least one day before the event - not at the last minute after I've already made travel arrangements.

Overall, I am very dissatisfied with Viagogo's communication. This experience has caused unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and additional costs for buying new tickets last minute. I would not recommend using Viagogo.
