Kind, helpful and easy to access

Quick and efficient emergency treatment. Caring and gentle staff. Just what you need when you are stressed at the emergency situation of your loving very much loved family pet

Had to go for an emergency as my dog had gastro and hadn’t eaten in 4 days. They were so loving towards my dog who was struggling. They explained every single thing they did and explained the costs. Also we’re mindful of costs. She came out there alot better.

The vet and office staff were very friendly and helpful

I was seen immediately as I had phoned in advance. My dog was treated excellently. Gabby is an excellent vet who explained everything so well.

Very expensive experience! Yes it was early hours emergency visit but I drove to them and it cost over £300 for the vet to look over my dog (no meds!) and I still had to visit my own vet twelve hours later with my dog! It's no wonder people are complaining all over the country about the outrageous prices at veterinary surgeries

Everything was explained clearly we were given choices and the staff working that night were exemplary

They were amazing. They were very sympathetic and were lovely and quick to see my Hugo. Without them I'm not sure he would still be here. He was very touch and go but their quick thinking helped so much. Thank you to all the team x

We were seen very quickly and our dog Ross was extremely well takem care of and helped very quickly. While no answers could be given at the time his pain and discomfort were eased and I couldn't thank the staff more.

Honestly never used an out of hour vets before. Brilliant treatment from the first phone call to leaving. The nurse and vet both provided great care for Bob. They explained everything to me so I knew what to expect while there and at home.
Very reassuring.

When we first visited with max our dog the vet checked him over we told him he was in pain as he was sqealing and wouldn't lie down only by his front legs he gave max pain relief by an injection and sent us away with medicam and said if he got worse to come back as they were open all weekend the next morning max was in so much pain he was sqealing so much I phoned back up and brought max back this time another vet told us they would do a blood test and possibly an x ray depending on what the blood test revealed they put a cannula in max with pain relief to help with the pain blood test came back max needed an x ray it revealed he had something wrong with his back they said wee had 2 choices complete rest and strong pain relief for 4 to 5 weeks or refer to a specialist and c t scan we chose rest and pain relief was given gabapentin and paracetamol/codeine tablets my question being why didn't the first vet do a blood test and x ray and stronger pain relief then we wouldn't have needed our second visit costing us more money in total £1.689.28 we took max to our own vet on Tuesday as we couldn't get the medication in him he was in pain our vet gave him an injection for pain and liquid medication your vet was supposed to send over the blood test results and x ray when the vet checked no x ray l phoned your vets the day requesting the x ray as our vet needed it for max file for the on going treatment

No one wants to go to a vets on a sunny bank holiday Sunday, everyone who was there needed to be, but all the staff were wonderful calm and explained things well. My dog got the best treatment & I felt supported through it. Thank you.

Helped our pet who had ingested potentially fatal substance. Just extortionate price to be seen 75% of the £500 bill was not for treatment but just to be seen. I worry for pets whos owners are hard up.

Fantastic care given and ensured our dog was back to full health

I had a cat emergency on a Bank Holiday weekend when my regular vet was closed. I found Vets Now on line who were affiliated with my local practice
I called them and they said to come straight away and a vet would be waiting. Arriving at 22:30 they were expecting me and I was seen by a vet within 5 mins
The cat was kept in for a thorough exam and I returned
home They called me after the x-ray and told me the problem and would call me first thing in the morning
I was kept informed all day and eventually an operation was needed that night to elevate the problem
Again, I was kept informed all through the procedure and was able to bring her home late that afternoon
The experience on a whole was very efficient and although very expensive it was a great relief to know there is somewhere 24/7 with good vets that is available to loving pet owners in an emergency

The service was great, staff very polite and accommodating. The vet was lovely, we were obviously worried but he was calm and kind, explained everything to us in detail. Very thorough examination, he listened to our concerns and didn’t dismiss anything we said.
It was busy due to the bank holiday, but the staff were great and kept apologising for the wait.
We’d like to thank them all.
