Made me feel at ease. Full explanation provided. Ruby was thoroughly examined which put my mind at rest.

Informative at all times,during my dogs emergency admission earlier in the day.

Long wait on the day for consultation , extremely high fees, conflict of information in regard to carrying out a scan.

Al the staff were very friendly and professional

Very good, caring service.
However, CRAZY prices!! The sort of corporation giving vets a bad name.

Scruff was seen promptly, although it was Christmas Day. Katie, the vet dealt with him in a skilled and sympathetic way and clearly explained the options for his treatment. He was successfully treated overnight and seems his old self again.

I can only take my hat off to the team at vets now (Rosemary Lodge, Bath.)
They were all highly attentive and on the ball, despite all having done on night shift!!
The treatment they gave Raggs our cat was first class!!

Great to have an emergency service for my dog Trixie, they were friendly, explained things well and we're very efficiently and great staff!

The male vet was careful and informative and related well to my dog.
Negative - the enormous bill for one consultation and keeping my dog in overnight.

I can't fault the vets themselves - they were amazing. However since Vets Now have taken over the out of hours service at this hospital (which I have been registered at for years) the cost of an out of hours consultation has skyrocketed. Minimum now £325 before anything else added in, which is 5-6 times the day consultation rate.

Cannot fault the medical care our cat received when he was admitted as an emergency case. The vet was very kind and compassionate.

HOWEVER… We paid a deposit of £500 (no insurance) for his treatment. Our cat needed to stay overnight at the vets to be monitored. At 10pm the phone rang and we absolutely panicked when we saw it was Vets Now calling. We assumed there must be a problem because they were calling so late. But no, they were calling to demand more money! At 10pm!!! We were forced to pay another £500 deposit over the phone. (Our cat was stable, and just being monitored, so there wasn’t any new treatment required at this point).

We were absolutely happy to pay for any treatment our boy needed (a total of £2400 for a small op and overnight stay + meds) but why on earth could they not have called the following morning, rather than panic us late at night?

It has left us with the feeling that Vets Now AS A COMPANY(not the medical staff themselves ) care far more about money than the well-being of your pet.
Unfortunately, Vets Now have a monopoly for out-of-hours care in my local area, so if your pet needs treatment there is nowhere else to take them.

All that aside, we are so grateful that our cat is still with us and received excellent treatment.

Vets Now - if you are going to reply to this review, PLEASE do not leave the generic answer that you have given everyone else!

Really efficient, friendly and great service. Thank you so much for helping with our African Grey parrott who had taken a massive disliking to my paper bin and broken his beak, he is now, with your help, on the road to recovery.

Impressive with service. Vets very efficient and kind. We arrived anxious as our dog had had a accident and was losing a lot of blood and they calmly took care of her.

I am so very grateful for the level of care my dog received and how kind the vets and reception were to me and my very precious little dog

All the staff were friendly, reassuring and provided regular updates. A very caring and professional service. They even gave our dog regular cuddles.
