Everything is 5 star for me except for the price!
Great staff, easy to use telephone triage, and good customer support after the event for sorting payment and insurance etc. it's just super expensive if used out of hours. I know bills need paying but ouch.

Would use again however thanks to convenience, because care was good, and great staff etc.

My dog was very well taken care off with lots of love and fuss too

Emergency treatment for my dog, place was empty, receptionist made us sit around corner in the “dog” section. THE PLACE WAS EMPTY!!. Cost over £550 to bandage ear and pain relief until my vet could do surgery the following day!
They have you over a barrel!!!!

We have used Vets Now 3 times and on each occasion the service has been excellent. The staff are always friendly and reassuring. The service runs from our usual Vet practice. This means our dogs are relaxed as they are in familiar surroundings and the smells are the same.The treatment was effective and we were seen quickly. We have been very satisfied with the care we have received.

We were given an immediate appointment. The vet was very thorough in her examination of our dog and informed us what she was checking for and what the implications were. She explained the next steps clearly and informed us of the expected cost. I was confident that our dog would be well cared for overnight and the vet gave us updates of her condition.

Ridiculously expensive. Wanted an extortionate amount of money to feed my dog some charcoal after he accidentally ate something poisonous.

So good to know that Vets Now are on hand during those worrying times outside of normal Vet hours.

It was an emergency and required a prompt and professional response, which is exactly what we got. The vet knew exactly what to do and gave us confidence our friend was in safe hands. All is now well.

Amy (vet) and Annie (receptionist) couldn't have been more kind in looking after our very poorly dog Nelly overnight at Rosemary Lodge Vet hospital. We can't thank them enough. They took time to call and explain all that was going on and allowed us to visit ooh which was really important to the whole family. Thank you

I was very impressed at the service given to my unwell cat. The vet was sympathetic & understanding & handled my pet very gently. I was given clear advice on caring for her after treatment & was informed fully of the situation of my cat on
the day of accessment. Thank you

My dog was having seizures and very unwell. Their response to the situation was very prompt and the vet and nurses kept us informed on our dog's status and treatments at regular intervals. As we are not insured they also kept us very aware of the costs as well. Thankfully our dog pulled through very quickly because of their professionalism and excellence.

I have no issues with the staff in the Bath branch nor the treatment. However I consider the bill of £445 for a simple and cheap injection (anti sickness) and a consultation that took about half an hour on Sunday, to be rapacious! The same treatment in Spain where we go regularly with our dog would have been under €100. Absolutely outraged and will write to my MP. Veterinary practice in the U.K. has out of control charges. And don’t talk to me about competition because a small handful of companies control 80% of practices.

Very happy with the service from Vets Now. My cat was attacked and injured at 11pm. I phoned the emergency number and spoke to a helpful person who advised that the emergency vet could investigate the injury and administer pain relief. The cost of the out of hours consultation would be £325 + the cost of medication. At the veterinary hospital, we were seen promptly by a really nice vet who gave sensible advice as well as pain relief, a sedative and an antibiotic. We were looked after very well by the receptionist/assistant too.

We were very happy with the contribution made by Vets Now when we took our suddenly sick poodle in to the practice. Thankfully, she was soon appreciably better, and we were really grateful for the kind treatment she received. Many thanks.
