Obviously they used their records to flag up the fact that I had recently lost my pet and were touting fior business on the off chance I had got a " replacement "

We had to put this out there. The vet care at The Grove we have found really good. Last week we took our cat in for its yearly boosters and was hit with a £106.92 of which we were shocked. We were so shocked we phone two other vets and asked how much one said £47 the other said £52. Both said they have probably made a mistake and charged you twice in error (we wish). We called The Grove Swaffham (Vetcollection) and they confirmed that is how much they now charge. We feel they should have said before the appointment "by the way our booster costs have gone up 100%" and then we could have made arrangements literally anywhere else for a booster shot.
