Vertigo Transport Ltd Recensioni

Good service and cooperation with office and on site teams

Moving with Vertigo is a dream come true. They moved us once before so we were only too happy to use them again. From the quoting and survey process to the pack, move and unpack, they were AMAZING!! They were on time, packed things really well, didn't lose or break anything and are genuinely all such lovely people. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

The team at Vertigo Transport did a wonderful job in moving furniture between two properties. They were very efficient in dismantling the items and were respectful of my property. They went above their remit on multiple occasions and made one of the most stressful things you can do, move, much easier. I highly recomend them.

Whole experience with Vertigo team was great. Boban who managed the complete move for us was very quick, comprehensive and flexible with our requests. George and Alex who helped us with the move were great, it all went very smooth. Definitely would use Vertigo in future whenever needed

Vertigo’s professional, hard working and friendly team made our 400+ mile move much easier than we were expecting. Thank you!

We were fortunate in choosing Vertigo Transport for a home move recently in London -first to storage for 2 weeks then to our new apartment
Throughout the process we had excellent attention and service - Yasmina was helpful throughout - gave clear and helpful advice and always available on her mobile

The 3 man removal teams headed by George and Nico - both experienced and knowledgeable - were helpful and friendly -the teams were efficient and prompt - careful with the contents and everything delivered without any problems as arranged

This is how home removals should be conducted - and we would highly recommend Vertigo unreservedly

Bought the packing and moving services. The staff helping organise the service, perform the packing and moving and post-sales support were fantastic. Replies were super quick (even during weekends and bank holidays) and helpful. Packers and movers were not only efficient but very thoughtful in how to pack items and unload to relevant rooms for us. For example, ensured all day 1 required items were stored together and labelled clearly.

The movers and post-sales staff were very helpful as whilst 1 item was damaged during transit, this was highlighted to us by the movers and post-sales staff were very helpful in resolution of the matter.

Would highly recommend and good value for money.

This was by far the easiest move we ever had and it’s all thanks to Niko and Ivan. The whole process was easy - from speaking to Boban to understand our requirements and planning, to having the guys load/unload all of our belongings. When we asked what we could do to help - nothing, just sit back and relax. Would definitely recommend this team to anyone looking to move!

Very good. Thanks.

Excellent service, above and beyond from Jordan and Alex, highly recommended
Many thanks again

Nico from Vertigo was managing our move. He did a great job, totally painlessly and professionally. It was a big move but felt very very smooth

We were recommended Vertigo by a friend.
They were fantastic.
The guys were friendly, hard working and new what they were doing.
They treated our stuff with care.
I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to move house.

Faultless service.
Charming, efficient, patient, and completely professional in every way.
I would recommend Vertigo without hesitation.

Vertigo provided a first rate service. We would definitely recommend them. They were punctual, efficient, professional and friendly. Everything was packed and labelled with care. Communication throughout the process was very responsive. Excellent value too. Thank you.

My third move with Vertigo in the last 2 years. Every time they have been fantastic. A decent price but an outstanding job and level of service. Yasmina who managed all the moves was a particular star this time when we had to reschedule the move with less than 24 hours notice.

Very diligent, careful and efficient.
Super friendlily team.
Worked a couple of times with Vertigo and always had the best experience.

A big thank you to the whole team! From the get-go it was a simple process speaking with Yasmina to organise a quote, where she took the time to understand my requirements, and answered subsequent queries I had. On moving day Ivan and the team did a fantastic job successfully transporting my possessions. They were polite, professional, and made moving day a breeze. I would highly recommend.

So impressed with the service we received from Vertigo. Valentina in the office was super efficient when we were obtaining our quote and our removals/packing and unpacking team were so friendly and very hardworking. Thank you to Nico, Ivan, George and Jordan! Have already recommended them to friends and family looking to move.

Vertigo is amazing from the video survey to get a quote all through the moving day. A very savvy and careful crew that gets the job done right.

Absolutely brilliant service! Extremely nice staff with tons of experience. Moving was a breeze with their support.
