Simplify and Increase
I've been using Vertical Rent for 3 years, it's an excellent tool for managing rental properties. Do away with the excel spreadsheets, trips to the courthouse for eviction verification etc. Vertical rent has made it easier to streamliner our operations.

VerticalRent is the Best Platform Ever
I’ve been using different tools on the VerticalRent platform since 2017. The platform is easy to use & User friendly. I find it professional & fast. Simple, quick, and reliable!
Simple, quick, and reliable. I was able to screen 5 applicants in 10 minutes. Would definitely recommend to other landlords!
