No support! Signed up for a year

Signed up for a year. As I unlocked one of my credits the site crashed and I can’t access it any longer. No way to reach customer support. Can’t say 100% it’s a scam but totally regret having signed up without first checking out what support I will be getting. Good lesson to learn for future purchases.
