An error with website stock levels…

An error with website stock levels meant the item I ordered was not available- I accepted a smaller size which was in stock on the basis that if they are too small I could return and exchange when the size I wanted was in stock. Now they are in stock, they want me to pay extra for the size I originally ordered!
Update: I requested a refund to be able to purchase elsewhere and Vendetta kindly covered return postage and issued the refund.

Hi Alison,
Sorry to hear you are unhappy with your order. We are a small business and can not stock all items. The item you requested is a sourced-in option and will be shipped directly to you once we source it, this item is not in stock currently as we previously explained.
If the item is too small and you would like to process a return please get in contact with the team and we can get this sorted for you.
