My husband loves the jacket it was one of his big Christmas gifts. His first custom jacket, I enjoyed the experience will definitely make another one for him. My only complaint I have is the company specifically states they will send you pictures of the finished product to confirm you’re happy with everything before they ship it out. That never happened if they would have done that it would have been given me the opportunity to have them replace the American flag patch with a better looking one or put a gold thread or dark thread around the boarder of it, so the patch looks more high end like the rest of the patches if a customer is spending $468.00 you want to make sure everything is perfect before sending it out. Tip - be sure to have dark thread boarder all your patches trust me. Now I’ll have to source someone one locally to make this alteration, in turn costing more money. Sorry for what may seem like a negative comment. I promise it’s in good taste this jacket’s quality is beautiful I will absolutely make another purchase with Varsity Base again in the future. They did give updates which I really appreciated so I was a little surprised when they never sent the photos of the finished product to give it my blessing before shipping it out giving me no opportunity to have them make that small change, that would have given them that 5th star. Overall a great experience.

The jacket came in EXACTLY how I ordered it. And they even changed the softball patch to a tennis one when asked. It took exactly 4 weeks for my order to come in. I am happy with this service.

The cut was terrible.

The jacket got here before Christmas even though I ordered it late!! Really well made, the colors are perfect. My only complaint is the liner doesn’t have a zipper at the bottom so that my seamstress could access the backside to sew the letter on.

Overall very impressed!

Jacket was much larger than expected. Return policy did not allow returns. I won't be using this site again.

I originally ordered a jacket and when I received it the jacket was too small! I got a hold of Varsity Base and was able to arrange a return! Once received they sent out a larger sized jacket! I’m very pleased with the quality of the jacket, and with the return process!

Still waiting on delivery. Now reading more reviews I see that they have serious inconsistency and issues with delivery times and I should’ve explored other options. After ordering I received confirmation that it would be 4 weeks for delivery which would’ve been perfectly timed to last week with some leeway before Christmas. I reached out proactively not having heard anything approaching timeline and got a response that no worries it would be still be here by Christmas. And yet, a few days went by and I didn’t get a tracking or anything. I followed up again and got what reads as a bot response not giving any details or updates. The holiday is next week and I still haven’t gotten confirmation of shipping or a final proof. At this point I’m concerned it won’t arrive on time and I’ll have to put something else under the tree. Not cool. Disappointed in the customer service and communications, accurate estimates are important when it’s needed by a certain time but takes weeks longer than estimated.

But I did pay for expedited but I got it and the jacket exceeded my expectations

Buyers, please be aware:

I placed an order for a batch of jackets through Varsity Base. All jackets were delivered except one (size Large). This is the first time I’ve ever had an issue like this.

It has now been over a month of repeated follow-ups requesting the missing jacket. Unfortunately, I’ve continued to receive delays and excuses rather than a resolution.

Because of this error, I may be out $250 and potentially a customer. I will continue to post updates as this situation develops.

Varsity Base was a pleasure to work with. They were immediately responsive to all of my communications and very helpful in turning my design choices into reality. The jacket I purchased and received from Varsity Base is stunning in its beauty. The materials and workmanship are clearly of an exceptional quality. I am delighted. Thank you!

It took a while, but it was worth. The jacket was perfect. The quality, the fit, everything was great. Will definitely use again.

I ordered my jacket Nov 2nd it's December 15th & I still don't have it! I was literally told & have the email that says 4 week turnaround & no pictures of proof it's in production which it has been supposedly since 11/23! I ordered this in plenty of time to get it by my daughter's Senior night & they are failing on their end, messing up her night !

Product looks good. loose threads on the patches. Real leather sleeves was expected for the price, sleeves are pleather instead. Overall jacket looks really nice. Fits really good. Sizing chart was accurate. Overall, very happy with product.

Jacket was made to exact specifications. Great quality material and craftsmanship.

This was my second purchase with Varsity Base and I was amazed on a couple of images that they were able to replicate onto my order and the details on them look amazing. They kept me updated on the process and the results looked awesome and very professional. I may order a third jacket in the future. I was completely satisfied.

I bought 3 jackets and they were all too big- i requested a return confirmation which I received and sent it back 3 days after receiving. But the credit that was issued wasn’t for the same amount and when I inquired- they said they have a 15% restock fee which is not written in their return policy. No response when I inquired about it- will not order from them again

I bought a jacket last year that was great. I bought another this year for a gift.I have yet to receive it and it's been 7 weeks. I received a message that as of today my jacket is still in production. We are nine business days from Christmas and I probably wont get it in time. I would think twice before ordering from this company. I wont be again after this.

I still have an outstanding issue, Im missing one of my jackets and I haven't been able to resolve the issue, I ordered and paid for 4 jackets and only received 3.
